We are seeking French (fluent, C2 and higher)and English (B2 and higher, written and spoken)-speaking individuals to join our multinational client's team asCustomer Support Representatives with an international team supporting a well‑known online travel platform. In this role, you will provide high‑quality assistance to customers via phone, chat, and email, helping them with reservations, payments, and platform‑related queries.

Work Model: Remote (for Greece‑based candidates only) or Onsite in Athens (for those relocating, eligible for remote after 3 months)

Start Date: 17 October 2025
Schedule: 09:00-19:00, Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)

Responsibilities

Deliver professional customer support in French and English

Handle inquiries regarding reservations, cancellations, payments, and account issues

Guide customers through online processes and ensure seamless problem resolution
