Job summary

Amcor Limited is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with Italian to join our AFEMEA network. The role combines customer service excellence with supply chain collaboration across remote and regional hubs, including Łódź and Prague.

The CSR will own end-to-end order management, engage with internal teams, and proactively resolve issues to maintain service levels. Fluency in English and Italian, SAP/Salesforce experience, and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position within packaging or manufacturing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong ability to work across multiple functions and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order management from placement to delivery in CRM/ERP systems.
• Coordinate with sales, planning, logistics, and finance to meet customer expectations.
• Liaise with customers, inform them of delays, and propose alternatives to maintain service levels.
