Job summary

Medtronic in Poland is seeking a Customer Service Representative with Italian to join our Order Validation team. You will link Order Entry, sales, and other departments to resolve order discrepancies and provide customers with delivery timelines.

The role requires English and Italian at least B2, 1+ year in customer care, proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and SAP, with an investigative mindset and attention to detail. Familiarity with VBA is a plus; on-site role in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Italian at or above B2 level.
• Ability to work under time constraints.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Care Operations.
• Proficient in MS Office; Outlook and Excel; willingness to learn new tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills; works both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor blocked orders and lift blocks to enable shipment and invoicing.
• Handle queries and maintain communication with internal stakeholders via Outlook or SAP CIC.
• Prepare reports and follow-up actions for open orders with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Regional Offices, 3rd party Vendors, Sales, Pricing, etc.
• Operate in SAP ECC/CRM CIC environment.
