Qualifikationen

• Troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, network connectivity and workplace-related issues.
• Supporting local IT infrastructure, Wi‑Fi, meeting rooms and workplace equipment.
• Handling more complex incidents and coordinating escalations with central IT.
• Maintaining technical documentation and improving local IT processes.
• Sharing knowledge and supporting the development of the Junior IT Specialist.
