You will handle complex incidents and escalate with central IT, while maintaining documentation and improving local processes.

You will share knowledge and help develop the Junior IT Specialist, contributing to a proactive, service‑oriented team culture at one of the world’s leading premium appliance companies.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in IT Helpdesk / 1st Line Support, incl. troubleshooting user issues.
• Good knowledge of Windows, SharePoint, printers, and mobile devices.
• Communicative level of English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
• Excellent communication skills and approachable attitude.
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset and ability to take ownership of issues.
• Interest in AI and new technologies.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, network connectivity and workplace-related issues.
• Supporting local IT infrastructure, Wi‑Fi, meeting rooms and workplace equipment.
• Handling more complex incidents and coordinating escalations with central IT.
• Maintaining technical documentation and improving local IT processes.
• Sharing knowledge and supporting the development of the Junior IT Specialist.
