Job summary

Global Wind Service (UK) Ltd is seeking an IT Supporter to be based in Szczecin, Poland. You will handle all IT support aspects for staff, focusing on MS platforms, Intune, AD/Azure and Office 365, with a strong emphasis on user education and security awareness.

You will work in a hybrid setup, supporting users across global units while coordinating with IT partners. The role requires fluent English, a relevant IT background, and a patient, solution-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Active Directory/Azure AD and Intune.
• Knowledge of Office 365 Admin, SharePoint and related tools.
• Clear, patient, and effective communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for end users.
• Manage requests in Zendesk ticketing system.
• Administer devices using Microsoft Intune.
• Handle onboarding, offboarding and access permissions.
• Oversee software license administration.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and tracking.
• Coordinate equipment procurement with IT partners.
• Prepare user guides and educate users on IT platforms.
• Respond to security incidents with users.
• Ensure smooth operation of IT platforms for all staff.
