Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an IT Support Specialist (hybrid from Wroclaw, Poland) to ensure seamless IT operations across all company sites in the Wroclaw region. You will be the primary point of contact for end-user support, network troubleshooting, and IT service delivery, directly contributing to the efficiency and productivity of our teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in end-user IT support within a corporate environment.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and hands-on experience with IT service management tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support for end-users across all Wroclaw sites, addressing hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
• Administer and monitor local network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Manage service requests, incidents, and changes in compliance with ITIL best practices and company processes.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to implement technology upgrades, patches, and security protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, configurations, and assets.
• Educate users on best practices for IT security and effective technology usage.
• Identify recurring problems and recommend long-term solutions to enhance IT operations.
