Job summary

Experis is seeking an IT Support professional to provide remote and on-site assistance for a client in Poland. You will resolve incidents, manage service requests in ServiceNow, and collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors.

Responsibilities include configuring and deploying laptops and devices, supporting onboarding/offboarding, maintaining Active Directory/Intune/ServiceNow records, and driving great customer service with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Availability and responsiveness to support both office-based and remote users
• Willingness to travel occasionally when required

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to end users, remotely and on-site
• Resolve IT incidents and service requests in ServiceNow
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors
• Monitor tickets, inform users, meet SLAs
• Support logging incidents and requests via ServiceNow portal
• Record business requirements and assist with IT solutions
• Create and maintain user guides and knowledge base articles
• Troubleshoot software and set up hardware
• Configure, deploy, and support laptops and mobile devices
• Assist onboarding/offboarding with IT equipment
• Maintain user accounts and IT assets in AD, Intune, and ServiceNow
• Assist with setup/decommissioning at offices and sites, with travel
• Participate in IT projects and team meetings
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high support standards
