Job summary

VF Corporation in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an IT Support Specialist (Service Delivery Technician) to enable VF staff to work efficiently with technology. You will provide advanced 1st and 2nd line support, troubleshoot across Poland and selected EU countries, and deliver excellent customer service to VF associates in a hybrid office setting.

The role requires 3 years IT experience, English fluency, and strong analytical and teamwork skills. Travel to Łódź is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferably education in IT or technological fields.
• 3 years in an IT environment with knowledge of workstation hardware and software, printers, network, smartphones, Android and iOS.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced 1st and 2nd line technical support for end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Document, track and monitor problems using ITSM tools.
• Install and support hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, phones, tablets) and software.
• Provide face-to-face and remote support for VF associates.

The IT Support Specialist's main responsibility is to enable VF employees to use technology efficiently across Poland and selected countries in Northern and Western Europe. In this role, you will provide advanced 1st and 2nd line technical support and troubleshooting, while delivering excellent customer service to VF associates. This position is offered on an employment contract with a hybrid working model (3 days in the office).

How You Will Make a Difference

• Provide support to end users for computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues.
• Identify, triage, and resolve technical problems of moderate complexity.
• Accurately, document, track, and monitor problems using applicable systems and tools.
• Installation and Support of company and required hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, phones, tablets) and software.
• Provide service for face‑to‑face engagement with VF associates and remote.
• Assist users with new technology training when introducing new offerings helping the VF workforce to adapt and embrace technology to work more efficiently.
• Accept various projects, develop work plans, and ensure timely completion as directed.
• Accurate asset management of corporate computer devices, peripherals and stockroom.

• Preferably education in IT or technological fields
• Work experience: 3 years in IT environment technical knowledge of workstation hardware and software, printers, network, smart phones, Android and iOS, etc.
• Language skills: Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is an asset
• Ability to travel to Lódź
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Interpersonal skills and a desire to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work with peers in collaborate teams
• Good relational skills with a focus on rapport‑building, listening, and questioning skills will help you getting the job done and going the extra mile. We are looking for: A pro‑active Team player, able to perform well under pressure
• Working knowledge of local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
• Computer hardware and software troubleshooting
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (OS & Office 365), Apple Mac OS/iOS
• Perform at a high standard of efficiency and work independently
• Ability to lift packages up to 15 kg
