Job summary

Exclusive Networks Poland SA is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our global cybersecurity go-to-market team in Kraków. You will drive the transition to unified, simplified solutions across regions and support modern technologies for users in local and global offices.

The role requires hands-on ITSM operation, strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, ADDS/ADFS/DNS/DHCP, and Fortinet networks.

Qualifications

Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum three years of experience in IT support.
Strong working knowledge of Windows and Macintosh operating systems.
Understanding of Windows server roles (ADDS, ADFS, DNS, DHCP) and networked workstations (LAN, WAN, WLAN).
Basic understanding of network design for multi‑office environments.
Experience with wireless networks and troubleshooting wireless issues.
Knowledge of firewalls and switches (Fortinet) is an advantage.
Experience in process automation and/or AI is beneficial.
Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Proactive team player, keen to share ideas and use initiative.
Excellent written and verbal Polish and English language skills.

Responsibilities

Drive the transition from individual services to unified and simplified solutions across all regions, converting to a modern workplace environment.
Support modern technologies for all users across local and global offices.
Assess and improve the services offered to business units in line with regional requirements and global scale.
Support the day‑to‑day operation of all technology or telecommunication devices (hardware, software, network, internet, and phone) within the IT Service Management system (asset, incident, problem, and change management).
Assist with troubleshooting, maintenance, and expansion of the network infrastructure (Layer2–Layer7) principally on Fortinet systems.
Continuously evaluate current configurations and implement improvements where needed.
Ensure accurate and timely resolution of incidents and requests in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Actively promote excellent customer service for all front‑line service delivery, constantly seeking ways to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
