Job summary

Airspace Intelligence (ASI) seeks an IT Support Analyst to join the Gdansk office. You will own the end-to-end IT experience for the team, from endpoint troubleshooting to the office network and conference-room infrastructure, in a fast-paced startup environment.

You’ll be the on-site point of contact, handle onboarding/offboarding, manage SaaS apps, and work with security to automate repeat tasks. Strong macOS and Windows troubleshooting, MDM, IAM, and scripting are valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong macOS troubleshooting and Windows troubleshooting.
• Experience administering business SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms (Intune, Jamf, Kandji).
• Knowledge of IAM, SSO, and group-based entitlements.
• Scripting or low-code automation experience.
• Able to work across a mixed OS fleet and network infrastructure.
• Startup environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the on-site IT and Security front door for the Gdansk office.
• Troubleshoot endpoints on macOS/Windows and mobile devices; manage MDM workflows.
• Own onboarding and offboarding; manage device provisioning and access setup.
• Administer SaaS applications and user entitlements.
• Automate repetitive IT/Security tasks to boost efficiency.
• Maintain fleet security baselines, patching, and encryption.
• Coordinate with networking/vendor for office connectivity and rooms.
• Document procedures; build self-service resources.
