Job summary

Manago AI, based in Kraków, Poland, seeks an IT Support specialist to provide day-to-day internal helpdesk help for staff across the organization. You will install, configure, and maintain laptops, workstations, and software, troubleshoot issues, and manage user accounts in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

You will monitor systems, ensure data security, and prepare documentation while educating users on IT security.

Qualifications

• A degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Strong IT knowledge and systems understanding.
• Excellent customer service with multi-level coordination.
• Good English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support (1st and 2nd line) for internal users.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues.
• Manage user accounts and permissions (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• Assist with network administration tasks (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls).
• Monitor IT systems and respond to incidents.
• Ensure data security and integrity (backups, updates, security policies).
• Maintain and update technical documentation and procedures.
• Educate users on IT security and best practices.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers (procurement, warranties, SLA management).
• Support development of self-service tools (IT chatbots, knowledge bases).
• Use AI tools to accelerate ticket resolution, analyze logs and incidents, auto-classify requests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data security and integrity (backups, updates, security policies)

Requirements

• A degree in computer science or a related field is preferable
• Extensive knowledge of information technologies and systems
• Ability to coordinate at multiple levels and provide great customer service
• Taking ownership of all IT-related issues
• Good English communication ability, both written and verbal
• Must possess strong analytical interpersonal, and communication skills and have the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment
