Manago AI, based in Kraków, Poland, seeks a driven sales prospecting specialist to build a robust pipeline and identify high-potential leads. The role involves outreach, needs assessment, and coordinating meetings with experienced Account Executives.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, on-site availability in Kraków, and a proactive, organized mindset to drive customer success and growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 level). Additional European languages are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Kraków, Poland.
• Previous experience in sales or prospecting is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust.
• A proactive, organized, creative, and highly motivated approach.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing strategic prospecting techniques to initiate outreach and build a robust pipeline.
• Assessing prospect interest in Manago AI and identifying qualified leads from marketing campaigns.
• Understanding prospect needs, challenges, and determining their fit as ideal customers.
• Setting up productive meetings between potential clients and our experienced Account Executives.
• Developing and executing effective prospect strategies and plans.
• Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activity to enhance your prospect engagement.
• Staying up-to-date on Manago AI's evolving product and service offerings.
