• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer in SaaS or B2B tech.
• Portfolio with landing pages, editorial content, decks and sales materials.
• Proven ability to design landing pages that convert; strong UX and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with Figma and website builders is a plus.
• Strong editorial design skills for white papers, case studies, ebooks.
• Deck design skills to create persuasive presentations and sales materials.
• Basic video editing for short social formats (Premiere Pro, CapCut).
• Expertise in data visualization and infographics.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who will shape how Manago AI shows up across the entire funnel. From high-converting landing pages, through white papers, case studies, and sales decks, to short videos on social media, you will turn our product story into bold, high-quality visuals that win attention and drive pipeline.

You will combine creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong eye for detail to turn ideas into engaging visual experiences. Working closely with performance marketing, content, web, and sales teams, you will help define creative direction, introduce fresh perspectives, and use modern design approaches, including AI-powered tools, to create work that stands out.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative direction and execution of high-quality visual content across web, digital, and print, ensuring every asset is on brand and supports our marketing and revenue goals.
• Design high-converting landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and paid traffic, collaborating closely with our website and performance marketing teams.
• Create white papers, ebooks, and case studies that turn complex SaaS topics into clear, persuasive visual stories, from layout to infographics and data visualizations.
• Build presentation decks and sales materials, such as one pagers, proposals, and product sheets, that help our sales team open doors and close deals.
• Produce short videos for social media, including customer testimonials and product showcases, covering basic editing, captions, and simple motion graphics.
• Drive design for marketing campaigns, delivering banners, digital modules, and promotional assets across websites and social media.
• Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies, championing new techniques and tools to keep the team’s creative output cutting edge.
• Leverage AI-powered design and generative tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to accelerate ideation, automate repetitive production tasks, and push creative boundaries.

Requirements

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech, with a portfolio showcasing landing pages, editorial content, decks, and sales materials.
• Proven ability to design landing pages that convert, with a solid grasp of UX, visual hierarchy, and responsive design; experience with Figma and website builders is a plus.
• Strong editorial design skills, with experience creating white papers, case studies, and ebooks that make complex ideas clear and engaging.
• Confident deck design, turning raw content into polished, persuasive presentations and sales enablement materials.
• Basic video editing skills for short social formats, such as customer testimonials and product showcase videos (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
• Expertise in visual storytelling and data visualization, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly through infographics and other visual formats.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects); working knowledge of Figma.
• Strong communication and project management skills, with experience handling multiple projects, managing deadlines, presenting concepts to senior stakeholders, and mentoring team members.
• Ability to work autonomously and make strategic design decisions with minimal guidance.
