Job summary

Manago AI, a Kraków-based customer engagement platform, is seeking a results-driven Sales Development professional to fuel our expansion. You will initiate outreach, qualify leads, and set meetings between prospects and Account Executives.

This on-site role requires strong English, a proactive mindset, and the ability to understand customer needs while staying current on market trends and Manago AI offerings.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (B2/C1)
• Willingness to work on-site in Kraków
• Experience in sales or prospecting considered a plus

What you will be doing

• Utilizing strategic prospecting techniques to initiate outreach and build a robust pipeline.
• Assessing prospect interest in Manago AI and identifying qualified leads from marketing campaigns.
• Understanding prospect needs, challenges, and determining their fit as ideal customers.
• Setting up productive meetings between potential clients and our experienced Account Executives.
• Developing and executing effective prospect strategies and plans.
• Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activity to enhance your prospect engagement.
• Staying up-to-date on Manago AI's evolving product and service offerings.

We are looking for individuals with

• Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 level). Additional European languages are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Kraków, Poland.
• Previous experience in sales or prospecting is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust.
• A proactive, organized, creative, and highly motivated approach.
