Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is seeking an experienced IT Project/Program Manager to lead delivery of strategic initiatives in IT security. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across domains, manage roadmaps, milestones and governance, and report progress to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management in IT.
• Experience coordinating multi-team initiatives in complex IT environments.
• Translate objectives into actionable plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, well-organized and able to own delivery outcomes.
• Fluent in English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive delivery of projects or programs, and strategic initiatives within the IT Security domain.
• Build and maintain project or program roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance structures.
• Align priorities and delivery plans across multiple teams, stakeholders, and organizational units.
• Facilitate planning sessions, workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Ensure transparency through status reporting, dashboards, and executive-level communication.
• Support decision making by providing insights, recommendations, and delivery guidance.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partner organizations.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, governance processes, and ways of working.
• Depending on experience and seniority, lead either individual projects or larger cross-domain programs and transformation initiatives.
• Travel - as required for project needs and stakeholder engagement.
