Job summary

SIX Group Services Ltd. in Warsaw seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to steer enterprise-wide IT initiatives across infrastructure, operations, compliance, and security. You will lead international projects within an agile hybrid environment and report to the Corporate Function IT team.

Responsibilities include migrations, governance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination with vendors. This role offers a hybrid work model with some remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management experience in regulated environments.
• Certifications in PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA or equivalent; strong agile usage (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Proficiency with Jira/Confluence, Jira Service Management, Office 365, Planisware and risk tools.
• Analytical, structured problem-solving with clear communication and stakeholder management.
• High initiative, organization, and empathy with EQ.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex end-to-end IT projects across infrastructure, operations, compliance, and security in regulated environments.
• Plan and execute migrations, decommissioning, and cutovers with data integrity and risk control.
• Establish governance, audits, and security standards with transparent management reporting.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and adoption of standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors; prepare papers for boards and committees.
