BELVEDERE is seeking a PMO Lead for hybrid work in Warsaw to steer cybersecurity and IT project governance. The role focuses on establishing PMO standards, managing cross-border programmes, and producing executive dashboards for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years PMO or project management experience in IT environments
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity/information security projects
  • Strong stakeholder management for executive materials
  • Proficiency with PMO and collaboration tools (Office, SharePoint, AzureDevOps, PowerBI, Confluence)
  • Ability to operate across global teams and cultures
  • Excellent organizational and proactive communication skills
  • Ability to set up project structures and frameworks from scratch
  • Knowledge of IT governance rules and PM standards
  • Capability to evaluate project maturity and drive improvements

Responsibilities

They are seeking an experienced PMO Lead to join their team in Warsaw on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic cybersecurity and IT programmes, supporting senior stakeholders and project managers across the organisation.

Position Overview

As PMO Lead, you will play a central role in supporting the delivery of strategic programmes and projects within cybersecurity, information security and IT environments. You will work closely with project and programme managers, providing expertise on PMO standards, tools and methodologies while ensuring governance, compliance and quality across all deliverables. Your work will directly contribute to the successful delivery of critical initiatives, helping to maintain robust project management practices and supporting the organisation's strategic objectives across global operations.

Responsibilities
  • Support programme and project managers tracking deliverables, milestones and progress
  • Prepare executive-level dashboards and steering committee materials for senior stakeholders
  • Provide expertise on PMO standards, tools, processes and methodologies to project managers
  • Establish project administration structures including distribution lists, SharePoint sites and communication channels
  • Support budget preparation and financial reporting for programmes and projects
  • Review existing solutions and recommend improvements aligned with IT governance rulesMonitor the timeliness and quality of reported risks across programmes
  • Update and maintain information within the PPM tool for end-to-end project management
  • Evaluate project management maturity and recommend process improvements
  • Deliver training and onboarding support for new project resources
  • Ensure project management aligns with organisational standards and frameworks
  • Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with governance requirements
Requirements
  • Fluency in English (C1 level or equivalent)
  • More than 5 years of practical PMO or project management experience in IT-related environments
  • Experience supporting projects within cybersecurity, information security or cyber risk management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience preparing executive-level materials
  • Proficiency with PMO and collaboration tools: Microsoft Office, SharePoint, AzureDevOps, PowerBI, Confluence and PPM tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work globally across businesses and international cultures
  • Excellent organisational skills with a communicative and proactive approach
  • Ability to own activities independently and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience setting up project structures and frameworks from scratch
  • Knowledge of IT governance rules and project management standards
  • Capability to evaluate project maturity and drive continuous improvement
