Job summary

ITDS in Kraków is seeking a Mid-Level Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead strategic security assessment and testing projects for a banking client. You will drive plans, manage stakeholders, and ensure delivery of AI implementations, automation, and migrations in a dynamic financial environment.

The role requires at least 4 years of tech delivery project management, strong Jira/Confluence knowledge, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in technology delivery.
• Strong knowledge of agile practices and Jira/Confluence.
• Experience gathering requirements, testing, and process docs.
• Excellent planning, organizing and reporting abilities.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver medium cybersecurity projects for TCA team.
• Develop detailed project plans and define requirements.
• Create and execute user test plans.
• Manage architecture delivery aligned with objectives.
• Oversee governance processes for deployment and workflows.
• Update procedures to incorporate new features and tooling.
• Build stakeholder buy‑in and communicate progress, risks, dependencies.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
• Collaborate with program managers to align activities.
• Maintain status reports and ad-hoc updates.
• Ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Facilitate business transition planning and handover.
