Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is hiring an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to coordinate and drive delivery of IT security initiatives across multiple teams in Poland.

You should have 5+ years of IT project management experience, international project exposure, and proven ability to translate strategy into actions. Strong communication with stakeholders and fluency in English (C1) are essential. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management in IT.
• Experience in complex IT environments with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage changing priorities and dependencies.
• Able to present progress, risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (C1) and proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile PM / SAFe certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive delivery of projects or programs, and strategic IT security initiatives.
• Build and maintain roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance structures.
• Align priorities and delivery plans across multiple teams, stakeholders, and units.
• Facilitate planning sessions, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, issues and escalations.
• Ensure transparency through status reporting and executive-level dashboards.
• Support decision making with insights and delivery guidance.
• Cooperate with vendors and partner organizations, driving cross-domain collaboration.
