HireHi в Варшаве ищет специалиста по IT-подбору, который возьмёт на себя полный цикл найма IT-специалистов: отSource кандидатов до подписания контрактов. Ваша задача — обеспечить качество процессов и позитивный опыт для кандидатов.

Требуется не менее 1 года опыта в HR IT-наборе, умение работать с инструментами поиска, владение английским языком, а также способность работать независимо и креативно. Конкурентная система бонусов и участие в корпоративных мероприятиях включены.

Qualifications

• Опыт не менее 1 года самостоятельного управления IT-подбором и процессами найма.
• Теоретические знания технических тем, достаточные для понимания проектов и потребностей клиента.
• Навыки поиска кандидатов и других методов привлечения.
• Опыт проведения собеседований и закрытия найма.
• Самостоятельность и креативный подход к работе.
• Уровень английского достаточный для свободного общения.
• Желателен опыт работы в рекрутинговом агентстве.

Responsibilities

• Управлять полным циклом подбора IT-специалистов от поиска кандидатов до подписания контрактов.
• Обеспечивать высокое качество найма и позитивный опыт кандидатов.
• Искать кандидатов через различные каналы и методы.
• Проводить интервьюы, готовить предложения и вести переговоры.
• Размещать вакансии на порталах поиска работы и поддерживать базу данных кандидатов.
• Поддерживать точность и актуальность записей в системе кандидатов.
• Координировать процессы найма на каждом этапе с использованием имеющихся инструментов.

Задачи

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions, from sourcing candidates through finalizing cooperation and signing contracts;
• Ensure high-quality recruitment processes and positive candidate experiences;
• Source candidates through various channels and methods;
• Conduct recruitment interviews, prepare offers, and negotiate cooperation terms;
• Create and publish job advertisements on recruitment portals;
• Maintain accurate, clear, and up-to-date candidate database records;
• Coordinate recruitment processes at every stage using available tools and systems.

Требования

• At least one year of experience independently managing successful IT recruitment processes;
• Theoretical knowledge of technical topics sufficient to understand recruitment projects and client needs;
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques and other candidate acquisition methods;
• Experience conducting interviews and closing recruitment processes;
• Independence and a creative approach to work;
• English proficiency sufficient for fluent communication;
• Nice to have: experience gained in a recruitment agency.
