Job summary

ITDS ищет IT-рекрутера в Варшаве для управления полным циклом найма: поиск, отбор, интервью и предложение кандидатов на IT‑позиции и бизнес‑роли. Ваша работа напрямую влияет на скорость и качество найма, развивая стратегии привлечения специалистов и оптимизируя процессы.

Требуется минимум 3 года опыта в IT‑рекрутинге, превосходные коммуникативные навыки и умение работать в динамичной среде. Конкурентная бонусная система, медицинский пакет и программы обучения — часть условий.

Qualifications

• Опыт подбора IT-специалистов не менее 3 лет.
• Умение строить и поддерживать отношения с кандидатами и заказчиками.
• Умение работать в условиях сжатыми сроками и приоритетами.
• Свободное владение польским и английским языками.

Responsibilities

• Выстраивание и поддержка пула квалифицированных кандидатов.
• Управление полным циклом подбора: поиск, screening, интервью, предложение.
• Разработка стратегий найма в сотрудничестве с бизнес-подразделениями.
• Поддержка внутренних баз кандидатов и взаимосвязи с консультантами.

As an IT Recruiter, you will be working for ITDS. You will manage E2E recruitment processes and play a vital role in optimizing recruitment processes, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting strategic hiring operations. This position offers a chance to directly influence the speed and quality of talent acquisition, empowering innovative hiring strategies that shape the future of workforce sourcing.

Задачи:

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recruitment processes for mainly IT positions (Developers, Architects, Infrastructure) but also business roles (Project Managers, Business Analysts) Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering) Participate in creating and implementing strategy plans Create trusted relationships with Consultants and Candidates Growing systematically our internal database of Candidates Follow up the pool of your Consultants and support their needs

Требования:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruiting IT Great communication skills, ability to build relations, professional attitude Sound judgment and ability to match candidates with projects Work effectively under time pressure with changing priorities in a dynamic environment Team player who can also plan and deliver independently Strong drive to deliver results Proactive approach, multitasking, flexibility Fluent in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
