Qualifications

• Несколько лет опыта в роли IT Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager в банковской или финансовой организации
• Опыт ведения сложных технологических проектов
• Практические знания Agile и/или Waterfall
• Опыт управления заинтересованными сторонами, рисками и вендорами
• Очень хороший уровень английского языка
• Способность самостоятельно вести проект от планирования до реализации
• Будет плюсом: опыт в облачных проектах (Azure/GCP), данные/Big Data, кибербезопасность, миграции систем, регулятивные/соответствие, AML, трансформации платформ/инфраструктуры; наличие сертификаций PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM или аналогичных

Responsibilities

• Руководство проектами IT от начала до завершения
• Создание и контроль графиков и планов реализации
• Управление рисками, зависимостями, бюджетами и ресурсами
• Координация труда технических и бизнес-команд
• Сотрудничество со стейкхолдерами и внешними подрядчиками
• Проведение статусов встреч и отчетность перед руководством/SteerCo
• Обеспечение своевременной реализации и соответствия процессам управления

We are looking for experienced Project Managers / Senior Project Managers to deliver complex technology projects for a large organization in the financial sector. We are looking for people with experience leading end-to-end IT projects who are comfortable in an environment involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and dependencies. Projects may include technology transformations, migrations, system integrations, cloud, data, cybersecurity, compliance, and infrastructure changes.

• Creating and overseeing schedules and delivery plans
• Managing risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources
• Coordinating technology and business teams
• Collaborating with stakeholders and external vendors
• Running project status meetings and reporting to management / SteerCo
• Ensuring timely project delivery and compliance with governance processes

Требования:

• Several years of experience as an IT Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager in banking or other financial institutions
• Experience leading complex technology projects
• Practical knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall
• Experience in stakeholder, risk, and vendor management
• Very good command of English
• Ability to independently lead a project from planning through to implementation
