Job summary

Qualifications

• Минимум 5 лет независимого управления IT-проектами от инициирования до внедрения.
• Опыт проектов в банковской сфере/капиталовых рынках, включая регуляторные требования.
• Опыт реализации миграций/изменений в ключевых IT-системах; умение переводить бизнес-потребности в IT-решения.
• Умение управлять несколькими командами, поставщиками и заинтересованными сторонами; умение расставлять приоритеты.
• Умение управлять объёмом, графиком, бюджетом, рисками, изменениями в регуляторной среде.
• Знание Jira, Confluence, MS Project и Agile; уверенное общение с бизнес-единицами, IT и руководством; высшее образование и английский уровень не ниже B2.
• Будет преимуществом: Enterprise Architect; SCRUM, TOGAF, ITIL, DevOps; опыт работы в банковском секторе.

Responsibilities

• Комплексное ведение IT-проектов от инициации до внедрения и реализации.
• Определение состава команды проекта, делегирование задач, расстановка приоритетов.
• Планирование и управление объёмом, графиком, бюджетом и качеством проекта.
• Сбор, анализ и уточнение бизнес-требований; обеспечение соответствия требованиям бизнес-ожиданиям.
• Участие в проектировании функционального решения и IT-архитектуры.
• Координация поставки изменений, реализаций и работы команды проекта.
• Взаимодействие с внутренними и внешними поставщиками; управление рисками и зависимостями.
• Мониторинг прогресса проекта и KPI, бюджет и расходы; ведение документации.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager with experience independently managing complex projects in banking or capital markets. We particularly value experience gained at transfer agents, capital market infrastructure institutions, custodian banks, investment fund companies, brokerage houses, or global operating centres of financial institutions.

• Comprehensive management of IT projects—from initiation through completion and implementation
• Defining the project team composition, dividing tasks, setting priorities, and delegating responsibilities
• Planning and managing the project scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Collecting, analysing, and clarifying business requirements
• Ensuring that requirements fully reflect business expectations
• Contributing to the design of the functional solution and IT architecture
• Coordinating the delivery of changes, implementations, and project team work
• Managing cooperation with internal and external suppliers
• Managing project risks, changes, and dependencies
• Monitoring project progress and key performance indicators
• Monitoring the budget and expenditure
• Maintaining and updating project documentation
• Reporting project status and presenting progress to stakeholders
• Preparing project proposals
• Ongoing cooperation with business units, IT, and external entities

Требования

• At least 5 years of experience independently managing IT projects—from defining objectives and scope through planning and delivery to implementation
• Experience working on projects in banking, capital markets, or another regulated financial institution, including projects with non-negotiable deadlines, for example those arising from regulatory changes
• Experience delivering implementations, migrations, or changes to key IT systems, and the ability to translate business needs into IT requirements and solutions
• Ability to manage projects involving multiple teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, and to organise team work effectively, set priorities, and delegate tasks
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, change, and dependencies effectively, and to work comfortably in a formalised regulatory environment
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and the Agile approach; confident communication with business teams, IT, and management; a university degree and good command of English (at least B2)
