IT Solution Factor в Варшаве ищет опытного менеджера проектов для управления IT-проектами в области аутсорсинга услуг: от Service Desk до инфраструктуры. Ваша задача — держать бюджеты и сроки, эффективно коммуницировать с командами и заказчиками, работать в сложной многодепартаментной среде.

Требуется не менее 3 лет опыта независимого управления IT-проектами, знание инфраструктуры, MS Project/Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow и ITIL. Преимущества: PRINCE2/PMP, сертификации.

Qualifications

• Не менее 3 лет самостоятельного управления IT-проектами, вендорскими и IT-операциями.
• Практические знания инфраструктуры: сети, Windows/Linux, Microsoft 365, кибербезопасность.
• Умение работать в сложной многодепартаментной среде и налаживать коммуникации.
• Знание инструментов PM: MS Project, Jira, Confluence; опыт ServiceNow, ITIL, Demand.

Responsabilités

• Комплексное управление IT-проектами в аутсорсинге услуг и инфраструктуре.
• Координация команд до нескольких десятков человек и взаимодействие с заказчиками.
• Разработка графиков, контроль бюджетов и управление рисками.
• Контроль соблюдения требований бизнеса и технологий, ведение документации.
• Подготовка сводок, отчетов и презентаций для стейкхолдеров и руководства.
• Мониторинг контрактов, заказов и расчётов с подрядчиками.

We are looking for an experienced PM to manage IT projects, from Service Desk to infrastructure. Independence, good organization, and knowledge of IT outsourcing are important to us. This is an ideal role for someone who can work in a complex environment, keep budgets and schedules on track, and communicate well with people.

Задачи:

• Comprehensive management of outsourcing projects in IT services—from Service Desk and onsite support to handling infrastructure-related incidents (networks, operating systems, M365, IT security)
• Coordination of project teams of up to several dozen people, spanning various technical and operational departments
• Creating schedules, overseeing project budgets, and managing risk
• Monitoring progress and ensuring that project delivery complies with business and technological requirements
• Maintaining complete project documentation in accordance with adopted project management standards
• Preparing summaries, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and the management board
• Monitoring and recording contracts, orders, and settlements with subcontractors
• Using systems that support project, service, and contract management
• Issuing invoices and overseeing compliance of settlements with contract terms

Требования:

• At least 3 years of experience independently managing IT projects, particularly in outsourcing services or IT operations management
• Practical knowledge of IT infrastructure topics: computer networks, operating systems (Windows/Linux), Microsoft 365, cybersecurity
• Ability to work in a complex, multi-department environment, with a strong focus on coordination and communication
• Knowledge of project management tools, e.g. MS Project, Jira, Confluence
• Very good knowledge of ServiceNow, both ITIL and Demand
• A high level of independence, responsibility, and commitment
• Analytical thinking skills and ability to work with data
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Knowledge of English at a level that enables fluent communication in an international environment
• Будет плюсом: Experience as a Team Leader or coordinator of technical teams; Certifications confirming competencies: PRINCE2, ITIL, PMP, or others in project and IT service management; Knowledge of tools and standards in the ITSM area; Experience working on the business client or IT service provider side
