Trimlogic ищет опытного старшего менеджера проекта для управления комплексными IT-проектами на платформе IBM CloudPak в рамках контракта Fix-Price. Вы будете руководить несколькими agile-командами (Scrum/Kanban), отвечать за объем, график, бюджет и качество, а также за коммуникацию с клиентом и управление изменениями.

Требуется 5–8 лет в IT, 3–5 лет на позиции PM, знание Jira/Confluence, английский C1 и готовность к командировкам в Варшаву и за рубеж.

Competenze

Описание: We are building a comprehensive content and document management system for a client in the energy sector on the IBM CloudPak for Business Automation platform. The project brings together two worlds. Contractually, it is a classic Fix-Price project. We develop the software using agile methods, with Scrum and Kanban. We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take full responsibility for the project’s goals and lead the work of several agile teams.

• Manage the project end to end: take responsibility for scope, schedule, quality, budget and profitability.
• Manage client relationships: represent Trimlogic at project management meetings, agree on formal matters and ensure transparent communication.
• Manage the budget and scope changes: control Fix-Price project costs, identify scope changes and efficiently handle Change Requests.
• Synchronize teams: oversee the work of Scrum/Kanban teams, remove bottlenecks and manage dependencies between teams and technologies.
• Manage risks and escalations: identify contractual, project and technology risks early and continuously mitigate them.
• Manage the backlog and requirements: work with the analysis team to ensure requirements are complete before work begins.
• Manage documentation and reporting: maintain formal project documentation and report status in Jira/Confluence to management and the client.

Требования

• 5–8 years of experience in IT, including at least 3–5 years as a Project Manager on complex software development and integration projects.
• A proven track record of success in Fix-Price projects with strict budgets, scope and schedules.
• Practical ability to combine Agile (Scrum/Kanban) with the formal PRINCE2 or PMI approach.
• Advanced knowledge of Jira, Confluence and MS Office (especially Excel), as well as scheduling tools.
• A strong sense of ownership, ability to set goals, deliver results and lead difficult negotiations.
• A university degree in a technical or business field, management or a related discipline.
• English at a minimum C1 level, including confident business presentations and negotiations.
• Willingness to travel to key client meetings in Warsaw and abroad.
