Qualifications

• Минимум 7 лет опыта управления крупномасштабными IT- или технологическими трансформационными проектами.
• Доказанный опыт внедрения сложных инициатив с участием множества технологических команд, инфраструктуры и владельцев приложений.
• Сильный опыт в управлении проектами, рисками, зависимостями, финансовым контролем, ресурсами и отчетностью перед исполнительной властью.
• Отраслевой опыт в средах с регулированием, предпочтительно в финансовых сервисах.
• Понимание жизненного цикла технологий, управления портфелем приложений, устранения технического долга.
• Способность внедрять изменения в командах приложений, инфраструктуры и платформ.
• Отличные навыки взаимодействия со стейкхолдерами и управления ожиданиями руководства, технических специалистов и операционных команд.
• Хорошие навыки ведения переговоров и коммуникации, в т.ч. презентации на комитетах и в форумах управления.

Responsabilités

• Ведение комплексных трансформационных инициатив от инициации до реализации и перехода к BAU.
• Управление урегулированием проектов, графиками, зависимостями, рисками, Issues, бюджетами и ресурсами.
• Координация технической ремедиации, обеспечения операционной устойчивости и сервисного моделирования.
• Содействие принятию решений и выравнивание заинтересованных сторон между технологией и бизнесом.
• Обеспечение качественного отчетности и коммуникаций для высшего руководства, комитетов и форумов надзора.
• Поддержка решений по улучшению операционной устойчивости, жизненного цикла технологий и прозрачности сервисов.

Задачи:

Lead complex, cross-functional technology transformation initiatives from initiation through implementation and transition to BAU Drive delivery across application, infrastructure, architecture, operations, cyber security, risk, compliance and external vendor teams Establish and maintain project governance aligned with organisational standards, regulatory requirements and delivery frameworks Manage project scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, financials and resource plans Coordinate technical remediation, operational resilience, service management and operational improvement initiatives Facilitate decision-making and stakeholder alignment across technology and business teams Ensure high-quality reporting and communication to senior management, steering committees and governance forums Support solutions improving operational resilience, technology lifecycle management, service transparency and regulatory compliance

Требования:

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing large-scale IT or technology transformation projects
• Proven track record of delivering complex initiatives involving multiple technology teams, infrastructure platforms and application owners
• Strong experience in project governance, risk and dependency management, financial control, resource planning and executive reporting
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT environments, including applications, infrastructure, IT service management and operational processes
• Practical experience with technology lifecycle management, application portfolio management, software remediation or technical debt reduction initiatives
• Experience driving change across application, infrastructure and platform teams
• Proven experience working in regulated environments, preferably financial services
• Strong understanding of technology risk management, operational resilience and governance requirements
• Ability to translate regulatory and risk-driven requirements into practical delivery plans and measurable outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, technical experts and operational teams
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, including presenting to steering committees and governance forums
• Ability to resolve conflicts, drive decisions and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

• Experience with DORA or other regulatory compliance initiatives affecting technology and operations;
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) environments and service modelling;
• Knowledge of service mapping, application dependency mapping or CMDB-related initiatives;
• Experience delivering operational resilience, disaster recovery, business continuity or failover capability projects;
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, BMC Discovery, CMDB platforms, project portfolio management tools or architecture repositories;
• Experience in application remediation, software lifecycle management, vulnerability remediation or technical debt reduction programmes;
• PRINCE2, PMP, PMI, Agile, SAFe or equivalent project management certification
