Qualifications

• Высшее образование; предпочтительно в области управления, экономики или информатики.

• Знание регуляторных требований банковской документации.
• Знание методологий PRINCE2/Scrum/SAFe и практическое применение.
• Владение Jira, Confluence, MS Project; английский не ниже C1.

Responsabilités

• Управление проектами и программами в банковской сфере от планирования до внедрения.
• Координация нескольких проектов внутри программы и управление зависимостями.
• Планирование сроков, объема работ и ключевых этапов программы.
• Контроль хода работ, сроков, рисков и зависимостей; взаимодействие со стейкхолдерами.
• Проведение встреч, семинаров и презентаций для большой аудитории.
• Подготовка отчетности и документации для руководства.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager / Project Manager who will be responsible for leading complex projects and programs in banking. If you have experience managing projects and programs in the banking sector, are comfortable working in an international environment, and can effectively coordinate multiple initiatives at once—join us!

• Managing projects and programs in the banking sector—from planning through to completion
• Coordinating multiple projects within one program and managing dependencies between them
• Planning schedules, scope of work, and key program milestones
• Monitoring work progress, deadlines, risks, issues, and project dependencies
• Working with key business and IT stakeholders and senior management
• Leading international and distributed project teams
• Coordinating cooperation with external suppliers and partners
• Preparing reports, project documentation, and materials for senior management
• Leading meetings, workshops, and presentations for large audiences
• Managing risks, escalations, and key dependencies within the program
• Overseeing business projects related to preparing banking documentation under regulatory requirements
• Ensuring projects are delivered in compliance with the organization's adopted methodologies, standards, and processes

Требования

• You have a university degree; preferred fields of study: management, economics, or computer science
• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager delivering IT or business projects in the banking sector
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Program Manager and practical experience managing several projects within one program
• You have experience delivering business projects related to preparing banking documentation under regulatory requirements
• You know and apply project management methodologies in practice, such as PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, or similar
• You are proficient in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
• You know English at a minimum C1 level and communicate comfortably in an international environment
• You can think analytically, draw conclusions, and solve problems effectively
• You work well with different teams and stakeholders and build relationships easily
• You have experience leading distributed, international teams
• You are comfortable leading meetings, presentations, and speaking in front of larger groups
• You can work effectively with external suppliers and partners
• You can start working with the Bank within 2–3 weeks
