Job summary

DCG is seeking an IT Project Manager in Warsaw to own governance, coordinate cross-team initiatives, and drive accountability in enterprise projects.

You will lead triage boards across GF, CDW, CCM and related source teams, manage backlogs, escalate blockers, and deliver transparent reporting on risks and dependencies while improving processes and efficiency. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT project management within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, stakeholders and cross-domain dependencies.
• Strong governance, issue management and backlog management experience.
• Proven RCA experience and driving issues through structured resolution.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, including with senior management.
• Ownership mindset to challenge processes and drive accountability.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with structured problem-solving.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive IT governance processes across involved teams.
• Lead triage boards and coordinate activities across multiple groups.
• Drive accountability for issue ownership and resolution; escalate blockers.
• Monitor backlog health, ticket ownership and RCA progress.
• Ensure data quality issues progress through resolution workflow.
• Identify structural process improvements and reporting enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Provide clear management reporting on backlog, risks and dependencies.
• Escalate capacity constraints and risks that may impact resolution.
• Support backlog reduction and data quality governance initiatives.
