Job summary

DCG invites an IT Project Manager to own governance processes, coordinate cross-team activities, and ensure delivery within complex enterprise projects. You will lead issue resolution, backlog health, and reporting to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English and strong stakeholder management are essential as you drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities across projects.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management in complex environments.
Experience coordinating multiple teams and cross-domain dependencies.
Strong governance, issue management, and escalation skills.
Proficient in Root Cause Analysis and structured problem solving.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication, including with senior leaders.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Own and drive the governance process across teams to ensure consistent execution.
Lead triage and coordinate activities among multiple internal teams and stakeholders.
Drive accountability for issue resolution, escalating blockers when needed.
Monitor backlog health, ownership, prioritization, RCA progress and escalations.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
Provide clear management reporting on backlog status, risks and dependencies.
