Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee IT projects in Warsaw. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a solid grasp of project management and Agile practices. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure delivery of project milestones.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT, 3+ years in a similar PM role, and relevant certifications. English at C1 level is required for global collaboration and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• At least 1 certification among PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP, PM2 Agile or equivalent.
• English level: C1 by certificate or ready to take the exam.
• Experience leading at least 1 medium-large ICT project as PM.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Understanding of IT applied to business needs and current technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manages project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
• Establishes controls to meet milestones, scope and goals.
• Ensures quality of project deliverables.
• Tracks and communicates project risks and changes.
• Liaises with Project Board and stakeholders.
• Assigns and balances tasks within the team.
• Plans product delivery processes and meetings.
• Prepares reports and presentations.
