Job summary

DCG in Warszawa seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead ICT projects from initiation to delivery. The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to apply PM methodologies and Agile practices in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of IT experience, 3 years in a similar role, and holds PRINCE2/PMP or PM2 Agile certification with English at C1. The position offers continuous learning, and engagement with diverse projects within DCG’s

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years IT experience.
Minimum 3 years in similar position.
At least 1 certification among PRINCE2 Practitioner or Project Management Professional (PMP), PM2 Agile or equivalent.
English level: C1 confirmed or willing to take exam.
Experience leading at least 1 medium-large ICT project as a project manager.
Knowledge and experience in applying project management methodologies and Agile.
Possesses a thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs.

Responsibilities

Manages project lifecycle and scope.
Establishes and manages project controls to meet milestones and deliverables.
Assures and controls quality of the project deliverables.
Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues and changes.
Liaises with Project Board and stakeholders.
Assigns tasks, balances priorities and workload; motivates team.
Plans and controls product delivery processes.
Prepares and presents technical reports and project presentations.
Organizes and conducts project meetings.
