Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects across business, IT and client stakeholders. You will translate business needs into technology requirements and coordinate with technical teams and clients throughout delivery.

Responsibilities include managing scope, risks, dependencies and timelines, and ensuring effective communication with both business and technical stakeholders in a hyperautomation and integration environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading projects with business, IT and client collaboration.
• Strong requirements gathering and analysis background.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience working with technical teams and stakeholders.
• PM leadership from concept/architecture to deployment.
• PM skills covering scope, risks, dependencies and timelines.
• Clear communication with business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of hyperautomation and system integration environments.
• Familiarity with UiPath workflows and agents.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and API-based integrations.
• Familiarity with OSS systems, Kafka, SharePoint, PowerApps, Tableau.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.
