Job summary

emagine is seeking a data quality and governance lead to oversee DQIM governance, triage boards, and cross-domain coordination. The role focuses on improving data quality processes and ensuring effective project governance to mitigate risks and resolve issues efficiently.

You will monitor backlog health, ownership, prioritization and RCA progress, while driving structural improvements and providing clear reporting. The position is hybrid in Poland with office days 2–3 times per week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT project management.
• Strong governance and data quality process knowledge.
• Experience coordinating across domains and managing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the DQIM governance process, run triage boards, coordinate cross-domain activities.
• Monitor backlog health, ticket ownership, prioritization, RCA progress, and escalations.
• Drive improvements: intake gates, issue clustering, RCA, closure controls, reporting, and automation.
• Provide transparent management reporting and escalate risks to ensure backlog reduction.
