Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
3+ years in IT operations or a related role.
Strong systems administration, troubleshooting and user support.
Experience with scripting and automation tools.

Responsibilities

Perform system administration tasks, including software installations, updates, and configurations.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support; escalate complex issues as needed.
Develop and deliver user training; create and maintain clear documentation.
Monitor performance and implement optimization changes.
Assist with compliance and auditing activities; ensure security requirements.
Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline tasks.
Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager and team on issues and projects.
Support security policy implementation and report vulnerabilities.
