Job summary

Stefanini Group in Krakowis seeking an IT Operations Analyst to join a hybrid support team for a manufacturing client. You will maintain manufacturing solutions, ensure ITPF and security standards, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance to colleagues.

Collaborate with Service Managers, L2, SMEs and global teams, prepare documentation, monitor service performance, and contribute to incident escalation and SLA reporting.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in IT operations or related field.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Experience with ITSM tools like Service-Now and/or Jira.
• Strong soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage crisis situations and navigate challenging scenarios.
• English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

Due to the constant growth of our services, we are now seeking an individual for a hybrid support for one of our clients in Cracow as a: IT Operations Analyst

The IT Operations Analyst role is an integral part of the Operations Team, with a specific focus on supporting manufacturing solutions within the factory area. Working closely with Service Managers and support teams within the organization, the main objective is to ensure the proper maintenance of manufacturing solutions and to uphold compliance with ITPF and security standards. This entails troubleshooting issues, providing guidance, and implementing measures to optimize the performance and security of manufacturing systems.

• Provide advanced support for manufacturing systems, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance to team members as needed;
• Collaborate with global teams and supporting manufacturing processes;

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage crisis situations and navigate throughchallenging scenarios;
• English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with manufacturing systems such as LESMES is preferred;
• Optional: Understanding of ITIL practices especially incident and change management;
• Familiarity with SAP systems is advantageous;
