Job summary

Sopra Steria Polska is seeking an experienced Application Operations Technician to join a team that collaborates with a Norwegian client. The role requires commuting to Katowice office and working with hybrid environments across Azure, AWS, and on-prem systems.

Responsibilities include handling incidents, optimizing enterprise applications, and coordinating with Application Owners and Service Owners. English skills are required, Polish location is necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and supporting enterprise applications in hybrid environments.

• Good knowledge of Windows Server environments and administration.
• Experience with application migrations, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Application Operations Technician to join Sopra Steria Polska for a team that cooperates with one of our Norwegian clients.

Note that we can only offer cooperation to people are located in Silesian area and are willing to commute to our office in Katowice.

Qualifications

• Experience with application migrations, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with multiple technology teams and business stakeholders.
• ITIL Foundation certification (or equivalent experience).
• English B1-B2 level.

Nice to have requirements

• AZ-800 & AZ-801: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator
• AZ-104 Azure Administrator (or equivalent AWS/GCP/OCI certification)
• AZ-400, AZ-305, or AZ-140 certifications.
