Jit Team is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support the development and delivery of business and digital transformation initiatives across core domains. You will work with stakeholders in sales, contracts, construction planning, HR, finance, and more to capture needs and translate them into IT requirements.
The role involves BPMN and UML modeling, defining integrations, and preparing project documentation. Hybrid work from Warsaw or Wrocław with 2–3 days in the office.

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support the development and delivery of business and digital transformation initiatives within one of the key areas of the organization. Depending on the domain, you will work closely with stakeholders involved in sales and contract acquisition processes, including CRM, cost estimation, and tendering; the planning, preparation, and execution of construction projects, covering areas such as design, procurement, supplier and subcontractor management, warehousing, and prefabrication; or corporate support functions, including HR, administration, finance and accounting, legal, health and safety, marketing and communications, compliance, and fleet management.
Identifying, analyzing, and refining business needs and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
Defining functional and non-functional requirements for IT systems
Modeling business processes (BPMN) and data structures (UML), while ensuring consistency between business models and IT solutions
Analyzing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation
Defining and analyzing system integrations and data exchange interfaces between applications
Preparing analytical and project documentation, including test scenarios, training materials, and user guides
Supporting the preparation of contracts and agreements with IT service providers and vendors
Coordinating non-project changes, including maintenance and enhancement initiatives, within the assigned business area
Collaborating closely with business users, architects, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives
