Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Windows Domain.
• Ability to diagnose and fix issues in Windows 11.
• Experience managing access to internal & external services.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of IT support for the team.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations and equipment.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Document incidents and maintain ownership of tickets.
