CD PROJEKT RED is hiring an IT ServiceDesk Specialist to join our IT team in Warsaw. You will provide end-user support, manage devices, and help maintain IT infrastructure for smooth daily operations. A strong problem-solving mindset and effective communication are essential.

Daily duties include user onboarding/offboarding, incident diagnosis, hardware testing, and collaboration with development teams. The role is office-first, based in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT support or ServiceDesk.
• Advanced knowledge of operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of network administration and remote support tools.
• Experience with ITSM systems and IT asset management.
• Experience with Active Directory; Entra familiarity is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for end users across channels.
• Manage user accounts, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and diagnose complex problems.
• Build and test workstations and specialized hardware setups.
• Maintain a legacy test lab used by QA teams.
• Support security incidents and phishing data collection.
• Verify software licensing and IT asset management processes.
• Collaborate with development teams and contribute to documentation.
• Provide IT buddy support to development teams and onboarding materials.
