CD PROJEKT RED is seeking an IT ServiceDesk Specialist to join our IT team in Warsaw. You will provide end-user support, manage user accounts, onboard/offboard staff, and troubleshoot hardware to keep daily operations running smoothly.

You will work with development teams, support IT infrastructure, manage licensing and onboarding, and document processes. This office-first role is based in the Warsaw studio and comes with medical care, life insurance, and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT support or ServiceDesk.
• Strong OS and hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Basic networking knowledge and remote support tools.
• Experience with ITSM systems and ticket handling.
• AD experience; Entra knowledge is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Team collaboration and mentoring experience.
• Attention to detail and meticulous work style.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, onboarding and offboarding.
• Handle service requests and routine operations.
• Perform user and access management on core platforms.
• Provide IT support across channels.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues.
• Build and test custom workstations.
