Hitachi Energy is seeking an IT Delivery Manager within the BST Service to lead delivery of Service BST projects and transformation programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.

You will drive business value realization, translate strategy into executable digital initiatives, and serve as the key delivery partner between IT and Service Business Unit leadership. You will coordinate global teams and external suppliers to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT delivery managing global programs.
• Experience with ERP transformations and post-merger initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and external suppliers.
• Drive delivery aligned with budgets, timelines, and quality.
• Establish delivery governance and reporting frameworks.
• Monitor project health, risks, dependencies, and budget.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for delivery.
• Ensure smooth handover with Service Delivery and Operations.
• Eliminate duplication and maximize reuse of capabilities.
• Evaluate supplier offers and recommend next steps.
• Suggest process and technology improvements.
• Review supplier deliverables to support business objectives.
