You will lead a portfolio of initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery across multiple locations, improving manufacturing efficiency, quality, and digital capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects.
• Experience working in manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record delivering projects across global organizations.
• Experience with SAP, ServiceNow SPPM, Microsoft Project, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Manage project plans, risks, issues, and key deliverables.
• Coordinate business, technology, and manufacturing stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and governance reviews.
• Monitor project performance and communicate progress effectively.
• Manage budgets, costs, and financial performance.
• Support project teams with requirements and solution planning.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
