Hitachi Energy is seeking an IT Delivery Manager for the Business Solution Team Service. The role leads delivery of BST projects and transformation programs, ensuring on-time, in-scope, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes, and drives business value realization.

You will coordinate global teams, govern delivery, manage risks, and collaborate with IT and business leaders to optimize enterprise capabilities and platform reuse.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in IT delivery and global programs.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, integration platforms, ServiceNow, data analytics, and Agile delivery.
• Experience managing distributed teams and third-party service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams with business analysts, solution architects, QA specialists, and suppliers.
• Drive delivery governance, reporting, and steering committees; manage demand, portfolio reviews, and prioritization.
