Job summary

Triwill Group, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Commercial IT Team Lead - Data Migration based in Poland. You will lead a key delivery team within a large-scale data migration and digital transformation programme.

You will own the team's scope, priorities, resources, timelines, and performance, ensuring delivery stays aligned with programme objectives. You will work across business, IT, data, and other project functions to coordinate complex dependencies and resolve delivery

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT delivery teams in complex transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness in IT delivery for large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a key delivery team within a data migration and digital transformation programme.
• Own team scope, priorities, resources, timelines and performance across the project.
• Coordinate dependencies with business, IT, data and other project functions to resolve delivery challenges.
• Ensure outputs are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
