Job summary

People More in Kraków / remote is seeking a Data Migration Lead / Delivery Manager for ERP transformation. You will lead the data migration workstreams within the ERP programme and coordinate four streams, ensuring data quality and alignment with the overall transformation.

You will plan, organise, and guide dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication, balancing hands-on involvement with leadership, and promoting new processes and standards across teams. Fluent English and Polish required.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience leading data migration projects or data workstreams.
• Practical experience in ERP implementation or transformation projects.
• Experience as a Data Migration Lead, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
• Ability to plan and coordinate the work of multiple teams or project streams.
• Experience in data consolidation, cleansing, mapping, restructuring, or migration.
• Ability to manage dependencies between business and technology areas.
• Experience introducing new processes or ways of working; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Leading the data migration stream within the ERP implementation programme.
• Planning, organising, and coordinating data consolidation, cleansing, restructuring, and migration.
• Coordinating four data workstreams and aligning them with other ERP streams.
• Managing schedule, scope, dependencies, risks, and priorities of the stream.
• Coordinating cooperation with other ERP workstreams.
• Ensuring data activities integrate with the overall ERP implementation.
• Providing guidance and hands-on involvement where required.
• Introducing new processes and standards aligned with ERP transformation.
• Coordinating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and data owners.
• Monitoring data quality and readiness for migration.
• Preparing status reports and materials for stakeholders.
• Identifying issues and taking corrective action to stay on schedule.
