Qualifications

• 2nd line / client support experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Windows OS and environments.
• Experience with software deployment and endpoint management tools.
• Good communication and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for clients across multiple locations.
• Handle and manage support tickets and service requests.
• Deliver end-user support and ensure user satisfaction.
• Support VDI operations including installation and handover of environments.
• Contribute to automation of client-related processes.
