Job summary

Yusen Logistics Warsaw is seeking a Business Applications Specialist (Logistics) to support, coordinate and continually improve business applications used across logistics operations. You will ensure the stability and performance of applications and integrations, working closely with operational teams, vendors and IT stakeholders.

You will provide application support, coordinate system enhancements, contribute to projects and help drive process improvements and automation across the logistics

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Information Systems, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting business applications in logistics, supply chain, transport or warehousing.
• Knowledge of application integrations, EDI/API concepts and data flows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with external vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Proactively identify and drive process improvements & initiating change and innovation independently.
• Experience with Power Platform and SharePoint is an advantage.
• Knowledge of logistics platforms, ERP systems, WMS, TMS or similar applications is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Role Overview

To strengthen our IT Application Landscape, we are looking for a Business Applications Specialist (Logistics) to support, coordinate and continuously improve business applications used across logistics operations. In this role, you will ensure the stability, performance and efficient use of business applications and integration, working closely with operational teams, vendors and IT stakeholders. You will provide application support, coordinate system enhancements, contribute to projects and help drive process improvements and automation across the logistics technology landscape

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 application support for logistics-related business applications and integrations.
• Investigate and resolve application and data flow issues across multiple systems.
• Coordinate incident resolution with vendors, operational teams and IT stakeholders.
• Support integrations between business applications and external platforms.
• Gather, analyze and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Participate in system implementations, upgrades, testing and release activities.
• Maintain application documentation, process flows and support materials.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Support Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint-based solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, access management and data protection requirements. Support business continuity activities, including participation in an on-call rotation where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of application integrations, EDI/API concepts and data flows.
