Job summary

Yusen Logistics Group in Poland is seeking an Air Freight Forwarding Specialist to coordinate import air freight shipments end-to-end from our facility in Kąty Wrocławskie. You will ensure smooth execution of transportation orders, liaise with customers, carriers and customs, and deliver high-quality service throughout the logistics process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in air freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of import air freight processes.
• Familiarity with transportation and logistics documentation.
• Practical knowledge of Incoterms.
• Good command of English for business communication.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and partners.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and high accountability.
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package.
• Willingness to learn and pursue further development.

Responsibilities

• Manage import air freight forwarding shipments end-to-end.

• Maintain accurate data in operational systems (including CargoWise) and archive documents.
• Coordinate activities with all parties involved in the logistics chain.
• Identify and report potential risks and additional costs related to shipment execution.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
• Initiate and implement improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Air Freight Forwarding Specialist who will be responsible for the end-to-end organization and coordination of import air freight shipments. In this role, you will ensure the smooth execution of transportation orders, collaborate with customers, carriers, and customs agencies, and deliver a high standard of service throughout the entire logistics process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage import air freight forwarding shipments from start to finish.
• Verify shipment requirements and ensure the accuracy of transport documentation.
• Prepare and complete all documentation required for transportation processes.
• Analyze cargo volume, type, and availability to plan transportation solutions in line with customer requirements.
• Select optimal transportation solutions and develop relationships with carriers.
