Job summary

Reply is seeking a capable IT support professional to provide 2nd line support for Automotive & Quality applications in customer plants, handling workarounds, resolutions, analysis, and escalation for complex tickets.

You will also deliver 1st line support for advanced logistics processes, using JIRA and Team Foundation Server, while managing end-to-end client communications. The role requires shifts, on-call readiness, and a hybrid/remote setup with at least one office visit weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science or comparable studies.
• Minimum experience in ticket management is required.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL will be a plus.
• Good knowledge of English and Polish language.
• Willingness to learn Italian language.
• Availability to work in shifts and on‑call.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support for Automotive & Quality applications in customers’ plants, including workaround, resolution, analysis and escalation for complex tickets.
• Provide 1st line support, supporting advanced logistics processes through tools like JIRA and Team Foundation Server.
• Manage end-to-end communication with the client.
